Giveaway for Housebroken

October’s always a great month for horror fiction. Something about us feeling more alive when we’re frightened in the safety of our homes reading about someone else’s problems. Because really, we all have enough of our own.

I’m happy to announce that I have a giveaway taking place right now for a signed copy of my novel Housebroken.  Head on over to Goodreads and enter there.

And if you’re into that digital thing, Housebroken is still discounted to $1.99 for the month, as one of the chosen books in Amazon’s Kindle Monthly Deal. (Told you October is great for horror fiction).

Also, I’ve been privileged this month to be featured on two different blogs about my experiences as an author, as well as answer such imperative questions like: “If J. K. Rowling and Stephen King were both drowning, who would you save?”

My answers may surprise you.

The Behrg Authtoberfest

Jennifer Skutelsky hosted me with her Writer’s Reach feature and Meredith Pritchard featured me as one of the authors on her 31 days of horror for Authtoberfest. Check them both out and leave a kind word; they’re both fantastic writers as well as people, which is not always easy to find these days.

And to leave you on a scary note, against my better judgement, I took my kids to see the movie Pan today. Talk about horrors.
