And seriously, ask yourself if you can read this line and not want to read more:
“I get paid large sums of money to kill children.”
It only gets better from there.
Rosamilia walks the line with the cliches of the genre by first drawing attention to them and then poking fun at them. Yet still, there are enough twists and turns to keep even the most jaded thriller reader in a sense of suspense. Overall, however, it’s the main character’s charm and self-deprecating attitude that make this little gem of a novel shine.
A sequel is something I wouldn’t think twice about picking up, it’s a given. Definitely check this novel out, another great release from Kindle Press.
